Attendance at games is very important for the correct functioning of Futgether as well as for the proper enjoyment of all the players in the community, however, new plans or any unforeseen event may happen to all of us.

Our cancellation policy includes and considers the following scenarios:

Cancellation of the reserved place up to 20 hours before the start of the match:
We will refund the total amount of your reservation.

Cancellation of the reserved place between 20 - 16 hours before the start of the match:
We will refund 75% of the amount corresponding to your reservation.

Cancellation of the reserved place between 16 - 12 hours before the start of the match:
We will refund 50% of the amount corresponding to your reservation.

Cancellation of the reserved place between 12 hours before and the start of the match:
We will refund 10% of the amount corresponding to your reservation.

Cancellation of the reserved place once the game has started:
The paid reservation will not be refundable.

No show / attendance at a match
Any user who reserves a place for a game and does not attend to it, will not have right to request any refund (total or partial) of the paid reservation.

Adverse weather conditions cancellation:
Organized games that would take place at indoor spots will always be played regardeless weather condition as long as there is no risk for any of the players nor Futgether's staff-

Otherwise, organized games that would take place at outdoor or semi-covered facilities would only be played when the surface and general condition of the pitch allows players and Futgether ́s staff to play safety. State and condition of the pitch would be checked by Futgether and facility manager.

Affected players by the cancellation of any games due to unfavorable weather conditions would recieve full refound of their reservation.

Organizational reasons or force majeure cancellation
Futgether reserves the right to cancel any game due to organizational reasons or force majeure.

Any cancellation would be communicated to involved players on the shortest notice possible and full refund of the reservation will be proceded.
